4. Open-Box Delivery Policy

We strictly support Open-Box Delivery for all eligible shipments.

Customers are required to open the package in front of the delivery agent and verify the product before accepting the order.

Any issues such as missing items, damage, or wrong product must be reported immediately at the time of delivery.

Once the order is accepted, no claims for damage or missing items will be entertained.
5. Delivery Video Recording
For enhanced transparency and security:

Our delivery partners may record the delivery process, including the open-box verification.

Customers are encouraged to record their own unboxing video as valid proof in case of any future dispute.

This video must clearly show the package condition, opening process, and product inside.
6. Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS/Email notification containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to reflect on the courier’s portal.
