Returns Policy

3.1. Return Window

• Returns are accepted only within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
   

3.2. Return Eligibility

A return will be accepted only if all the following conditions are met:

• The item was received damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
   
• A clear unboxing video and supporting images from delivery partner and customer will be considered as proof, showing the damage at the moment of opening the package.
   
• The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
   
• All original packaging, tags, labels, certificates, and barcode stickers must be intact and included.
   
• The invoice/bill must match the product being returned.
   

3.3. Non-Eligible Returns

We will not accept returns in the following cases:

• The product is used, worn, damaged after delivery, altered, or tampered with.
   
• Tags, barcodes, or packaging are missing or not in original condition.
   
• Damage or defect is reported without an unboxing video either from delivery partner or customer.
   
• The return request is made after 24 hours of delivery.
   
• Any issue raised after 7 days from receipt of the product will not be entertained under any circumstances.
   

3.4. Verification & Approval

• After receiving the return request and returned item at our office , our team will examine the provided video images and the product .
   
• Refund will be approved only after verification of authenticity and damage claim by our experts.
   
• Zanzar Jewellers reserves the right to reject the return if the claim does not meet the required conditions.

3. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment (Credit Card/UPI/Net Banking) within [5-7] working days.
